At Canada Luggage Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unused item in its original box with all tags attached and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item

Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our Montreal warehouse address provided in your authorization email.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
